That’s quite irritating. Perhaps a better option is to contact a Life Ionizer dealer who sells filters and tell them about your predicament. They may offer better service than Life. I’ve had a similar experience with my emails to Life being ignored. I do think they make a reliable ionizer, however, the quality of the customer service doesn’t match the quality of the product.

I ordered and cost me a lot of money but they sent me wrong filters. Been contacting them regarding this matter but all I get is a promise every time I get touch with both U.S and UK branch.
