Haha, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. That’s the funny thing about nature. I too suffered from a chronic case of heartburn. It’s what led me to alkaline water and creating this very site. Fiji is a bit on the low side for getting the acid reflux benefits. Essentia is a better choice for reflux relief. I agree, though, natural alkaline water is certainly the most delicious. Have you tried Icelandic Glacial water?

I love them both and I’m really torn even still I don’t know which I need more which I prefer I do suffer terrible long-standing acid reflux as well so I’m going to try to drink more essential potentially even though I think I like the taste of Fiji a little bit more I like the idea of not having tap water to begin with but I also am grossed out about the idea of my water running through rocks as nice as it seems on the surface there’s like birdshit and stuff in there lol
