I’m research Lifeionizers MXL-11, wanting to find out the comparison?
Do you have customer service phone number?
Where is it manufactured, where are the parts coming from?
What is the definition of plates meant? Will it affect our health?
What certification your system obtained?
Where can I buy it from only via Amazon.ca?
A review said they bought direction from you, which is cheaper than Amazon

In reply to Erin. Unfortunately, the Bawell sold in the US is 110 only. I recommend checking out the AlkaViva Melody II for overseas use for the same price as the Bawell :)

Do you know if the Bawell 2195 can be installed overseas where the electrical voltage runs at 220 rather than 110?

I have yet to find a phone number where I can ask such questions.
